Can’t beat a tasting in a village hall.

Amazing what you end up doing when you should be working. I should be working on new tasting booklets but I got lost in the idea that taking notes is boring if there’s no room for doodles. Somehow that ended up with me creating Paso dot-to-dots. Just what I needed to focus on..

What did you do for Valentine’s Day?! I went to Leicester and poured Paso for sixty members of the Grand Union Wine Society and there was plenty of love in the air for our wines.

In full flow and loving every minute. So much fun pouring Paso for Cassidy Wines. Great company and a brilliant day rubbing shoulders with some truly exceptional wines.
