Today, a friend of friend's flat geyser pipe broke. His fat was literally flooded. He called my friend and my friend called me. We went to his flat and helped him fix the flat. At that point of time, I realized - it's just not making money but the friends you make as well.

There are so many things that go wrong in a week but I definitely cannot feel guilty about them all the time. I just need to do everything in my power to build something great despite my shortcomings

The ultimate truth is - "You are on your own". If we are not working three hours after the office ( I am not achieving that goal yet ) on our skills we are missing out. The harsh truth is any organization values capabilities and we need to build these capabilities on our own.

What you work for is very important ! Are you working to get that pay raise or are you working to 100x your income ? Are you working for promotion or are you working so that you own equity ?

Best part about building great is the great people you work with ! I am personally grateful that we do actually talk to each other in team. That baseline of trust is such a relief and productivity enhancer. It's not processes but people which makes a great company.
