We revealed that DPANN YN1 is deficient in essential metabolic processes and requires host resources to proliferate. CryoET revealed an enormous attachment organelle in the DPANN envelope that bridges the DPANN and host cytoplasms for intercellular exchange.

Anyone know of a program that can take a STAR file and a STA structure and map the structure back to the tomogram at the correct orientations? But then can go one step further and turn that into a volumetric segmentation? The last step seems to be the hardest to find....
