Here is the Summer Strength and Conditioning schedule. Incoming 9th-12th grades will start June 4. Incoming 7th and 8th graders will start June 9th and go two days a week.

Starting next week (June 16) weare changing our lifting times for rest of summer: Session 1: 6:30-8:00 (HS Athletes) Session 2: 8:00-9:30 (HS Athletes) Session 3: 9:30-10:30 (MS Athletes) HS athletes can attend either session 1 or session 2.

Starting tomorrow we will have two sessions for the weight room. The times for the next two weeks are Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am and 7:45am.

Welcome back to the new school year!! If you are not in our Athletic Enhancement classes we will have two before school sessions in the weight room every week @ 6 and 6:45. In-season two days and next season 3 days is the expectation.
