Grievance Redressal mechanism of PNB is unprofessional,even after 72 hrs to 7 days noone bother to reply to customers,staffs attitude also unofficial,seems doing any favour to customers,Look into the matter seriously, Dhaleshwar Agartala Tripura West branch service is not good.

Not happy with the reply,yes bank staff addressing me as Mr Waghela and inform me to visit another branch where as yes bank is having only one branch at Agartala,so Unprofessional and lack of knowledge yes bank staffs have.

Hi,I am very much disappointed with the service of yes bank,even your MD Mr Prashant is also not bother to revert customers issue,still not get any enquiry report or action taken report from you,why ATM was INOP frequently, only pre framed statement.
