Mikhail Efremidi, a Greek from Pyatigorsk, 1910s. In 1914, Efremidi emigrated from Kars with his wife and three daughters to the North Caucasus. He settled in Pyatigorsk, where he owned several houses that were later confiscated by the Soviet authorities.
