New 10y study examines use, perceptions and effectiveness of e-cigs for smoking cessation among older adults in England. Age 65+ had: ⬇️less reduction in smoking ⬇️less uptake of vaping ⬆️greater uncertainty about vaping harms than younger adults. 🧵 bmcmedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
