Great job at Junior Olympics Aariyah O and eryianna singleton both earned All-American honors in the 4x800 relay. Brooklyn Hatton anchored her team to a silver medal in the 4x400, and our sprint queen, Valerie Uwa helped her team claim second place in the 4x100. Proud of them

Kicking off our cross country season today!!!

1st meet in the books. This group went out there and competed every step of the way! Good luck to everyone starting their cross country season!

Earlier this week I was honored, alongside my good friend Ty Carter, as Katy ISD Athletics’s HS Boys Sport Assistant Coach of the Year! This wasn’t possible without my amazing support system, including the HC’s I have the privilege of working for!

We had a great time at watermelon relays! These athletes get better and better each week.

Uncommitted Senior Valerie Uwa is looking to compete at the next level. She  is one of the best sprinters in her class. She’s consistently run 11.7 and 11.4w in the 100 & 24.6 in the 200. She great academically making her a great choice for those seeking a top-tier sprinter.
