Hello London Northwestern Railway, I know you have no trains today but is the station at BLY open so I could collect a ticket for another day? If not, do the TVMs on the Marston Vale do collection of prebooked tickets as I know they're outside?

Time to move away from Nationwide, then. They appear to be making the same stupid mistake the Co-operative Bank made, which will destroy them through overexpansion.

What's the harm in staying small and good? What's the need for relentless growth?

Lets just be clear what this 'Simpler Fares Pilot' means to passengers:

- Cheapest flexible ticket getting binned
- The only turn up and go flex ticket will be nearly £200
- The new ticket will remove passenger flexibility

We can not allow this 'Simpler Fares Pilot' to extend,

Peter If it is severe disruption and we're advising customers to not travel (and as such removing tickets/reservations from sale) then yes the option to purchase the new flexible fare wouldn't be available. ^Charlene

Hello Subway® UK. Could you consider looking at the design of the bags used for salad deliveries, because they naturally get held sideways and it means the box leaks a bit and the salad ends up at one end. A design that is naturally held upright would be better. Ta! :)
