UPDATE New levelling up secretary @GregClarkMP will make a decision on Cumbria coal mine by 17 August. Tony Bosworth says: "This delay gives ministers extra time to ensure they make the right decision about the Whitehaven mine... all the evidence is stacked against the mine"
