Bir sene önce verilmiş Adli Tıp raporuna rağmen ve de son ay geçirdiklerinden sonra Çetin Doğan’ın hastaneden hücresine geri gönderilmesi ölüm hükmüne eşittir. Bir senedir bekletilen dosyası acil olarak imzalanmazsa yaşam hakkı elinden alınmış olacak.

Babam Çetin Doğan ölümden döndü, şimdi yine hücrede ölüme gönderilecek. Bu kadar zulüm yeter. Annemin hastaneden yaptığı basın açıklaması:
