It was a true honor to witness the first presentation of the CT-guided PCI guideline at SCAI , developed under the leadership of my mentors, Emmanouil Brilakis and Yader Sandoval . Before working with them, I was aware of the value of CT in PCI, but not the full extent of its impact.
