Congratulations to UTS Faculty of Law, the winners of this year's Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot; and to The Dickson Poon School of Law, who were runners-up. 1) After recovering from a busy weekend, I am pleased to report that the team from Gray's Inn reached the Quarter-finals of the Oxford IP Moot and were awarded the “Best Newcomer Prize”. Personally, I also won the “2nd Best Oralist Prize”. An absolutely amazing time…

The instructions and problem for the 2023 Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot will be released on Wednesday 28 September 2022. This year's problem focuses on film copyright, and will pastiche various questions on copyright and moral rights.

The 2023 problem, in relation to the case Bouvier v Erewhonian Airlines [2022] HCE 213, will be released on Friday. We apologise for the short delay, which is caused by implementation of the new Oxford Law Faculty website. We will tweet again when the problem is available!

Reminder – written submissions for the Oxford IP Moot are due at midday on Tuesday 13 December 2022 (UK time). If you have not already done so, please request your anonymous identifier from the Moot Secretary.
