This Saturday the 1s fought hard in a 0-0 draw to gain a good point, against table toppers Chipperfield. The 2s were heavily beaten 6-0 to Harpenden Town Reserves. The 3s also lost heavily, 3-6 v Oxhey Jets ‘A’. But the 4s managed to save the weekend by beating Crouch End 5-2 👏🏻

What a day yesterday 🏆 The 1st team put in an unbelievable display to beat Everett Rovers 5-2 in the HSCL Cup Final 🔥 2 first half goals from 40 year old Dave Breeze helped keep the lads level at half time, then 3 unanswered goals from McArdle, Butler and Grey sealed it 💪🏻

McArdle to make it 3-2 after a keeper error

Butler makes it 4-2 with a cool finish 🧊

Grey adds the icing on the cake finishing a lovely move to make it 5-2 with 10 to go 🎉

The 1s started their pre season with a 3-2 win against good friends Old Minchendenians. This was the first game in a triangular tournament in memory of Owens FC legend Barry Cotton. We play Old Ignatian FC next Sunday, 11am ko, at Owens School, in the final game before the season starts.
