As an athlete, don’t get too high after wins, or too low after losses. Remember that winning and losing are small steps along your athletic journey. Stay hungry, optimistic, and patient to continue on the path to improvement.

If you do it right, coaching is much more than any sport. When you become your players’ mentor, teach them life lessons, give advice through the ups & downs, you develop more than a 4 year relationship. It becomes a lifelong one. What an incredible responsibility & a true gift!

Sometimes you need to play as if you have nothing to lose. Play loose, be aggressive, take risks, and go all out! This mindset can help you play your best and defeat superior opponents.
