Apparently we all now refer to humans as “resources” by default. I, for one, will not give in to this dehumanization even if I end up the last human standing in a sea of resources. Anyone with me? #WeAreHumansNotResources

So, one of the Scrum values is "openness." I do wonder if that's bidirectional, as it should be. How many managers who demand openness from the team open themselves up? Not many, I'd hazard. Same for customers. How many of them are open? Are we open to them?

Calling developers a “team” when they: - Are independently measured. - Must create tickets to help each other. - Feel like asking for help is failure. - Need PRs approved by specific people. - Pull rank when decisions are made. …is delusional. #mobprogramming

When it comes to architecture, “generic” is a synonym for bloated, complex, unmaintainable. A “generic” component that you will use in all/any contexts is, IME, not a good idea. If you know of a case where that’s not correct, please tell me, but I can think of several large

As a Senior SWE, I use math at work daily. For example, 1. Counting story points for all JIRAs in the sprint 2. Calculating how much coding time is left in a day in my calendar after a stand-up, sprint planning, sprint retro, 1:1, backlog refinement, sync meetings, catch ups

#Broligarchs
