So today is my final day at the Barnsley Branch, a temporary move made permanent which was a quality learning experience for me, new clientele and challenges have honestly made me a better employee, to come in and captain service to an all time high of 94 is my best achievement.

Second day in running the day with Kevin’s specialist help, getting more to grips with it, roading cars and providing top customer service, there’s more to come!!! Claire Walker

Had a fantastic VR meeting this morning, being new to the captaincy it allowed me to get the right knowledge to keep a healthy fleet and to be on top of the VR dashboard, might be behind but will be top soon at 17. Claire Walker Kieran Cregan 💙💛

At Enterprise certain issues need a personal visit to the customer! Took Theonie out to deliver a bottle of wine to a customer as an apology with the visit paying off as she is now completely satisfied with us. We’re not always perfect but after all we rectify our mistakes!

Once again had a quality 1-1 with Lovejoy Ngairongwe discussing my previous months performance and the expectations he has for my upcoming month, more responsibilities to get up the VR Board and to hit control, only getting better and stronger with each day.

Had my final 1-1 with Lovejoy Ngairongwe and also went through my yearly review and it’s been a pleasure and honour to work for this man, he’s pushed me to another level in performance and I’ll forever be grateful for that, next aim: Promotion!

So my time at Dewsbury has come to an end, I had the best 4 months at this branch yet again exceeding in my captaincy and being trained up to be at my best ready for promotion. Couldn’t thank the managers more if I could and I will never forget my time here. CasVegas let’s get it

4 weeks late but wanted to thank everyone at CasVegas for the experience at a busier branch! Thank you to Joshua Garbutt for all the key lessons and Jack Gill as well and also to congratulate him on his promotion! It has been a pleasure but a new challenge awaits…
