NOLAN GROVES FROM HALF COURT IN DOUBLE OVERTIME TO SEND THE SPARTANS TO STATE‼️‼️‼️ Orono defeats BSM in double OT by a score of 86-84. The Spartans are crowned Section 6AAA Champions and punch their ticket to the MSHSL State Tournament.

2nd in State!🥈Victor Ruhland finishes in second place (tie) in the 100m at the MSHSL Class AA Track & Field Championship Meet with an incredible time of 10.91. Congrats, Victor!

Over the weekend, we welcomed more than 700 athletes, coaches and Unified partners to the first weekend of Summer Games at Century Middle School in Lakeville. We had a blast, and we're so proud of everyone who competed in swimming and gymnastics!

It was a busy weekend Special Olympics Minnesota Summer Games! Friday, our unified basketball team competed. Saturday and Sunday, Andy, Christian, and Bennett competed in track/field. A BIG THANK YOU to all the SOMN event staff (including our own Victor Ruhland) & volunteers for an amazing event!!

Yesterday was the Regional Flag Football tourney, and our teams played great! You know you have solid coaches and players when they are checking if their teammate is ready to play, checking if they need water, and reminding everyone that it's about FUN! It was a great day for 🏈
