I really don’t care about the “ how many other big clubs would give this much time” argument.
I know where my club was b4 Arteta came in.
Rivals want us to go back to the days we bent over for them, not happening.
Arteta in, clear as day. Argue with a wall if you want.
Arteta, for me, is the man.
He’s not exempt from criticism, no one is.
He’s been up against the best while learning on the job & has turned us into a team that competes & that the fans connect with.
He’s a top manager.
We’re that close to doing something special with him.
I’ll say this.
When we finished 8th the second time, they said it’ll get worse.
When we finished 5th, they said it was our best shot to get top 4.
Now our cap is challenging.
When we finally do it, don’t tell me I’m loud. That’s all.

Lost 9-2. No subs, no shade, felt like Alan Brazil out there. Lucozade warm by half time. They had a semi pro footballer and a lippy centre back who said ‘it’s 0-0 lads’ every time they added another goal. All in all a terrible day at the office
