When the county calendar was an issue in camogie, GPA were (rightly) quick to utilise their influence & got the outcome they wanted. Any group that exists to support player welfare should be getting fully behind the clubs involved in this fiasco. GPA can empower them hugely.

The sudden rush to support clubs after going all-in on county ingratiation is embarrassing. Saving face and easy cos there is one big bad wolf. But I didn't see the alternative proposed last week, just aggressive campaigning for one result. Hope it can be resolved 🤞#camogie

The clubs have provided a solution. Please The Camogie Association review what has been proposed. The availability and most importantly the desire is there. Some clubs may never get this opportunity again.
