Launching our At Home Sports Competition today! This competition was formed to bring back some organised sport and give students/community something to get them through term 3!

Whilst there is a correlation between FMS and sport participation. I fear we might be conflating this with linear causation. Maybe focusing on activities that are meaningful and engaging is more important than isolated skill mastery. We develop skills in things we like doing.
