Still thinking about last week's course — after a tour in the kitchen garden, our Chalet Cooks whipped up a proper autumn feast: salmon & prawn blinis, courgette & mint soup, and duck breast for the main 🍂🍄 Wishing everyone a slow, cosy Sunday 🐿🧡

Colder days call for warm kitchens! 🧡 Our Chalet Cooks got hands-on today with a make-your-own canapé session — mini chicken burgers followed by crab samosas, and paneed turkey. Autumn cooking has officially begun! 🍂

Another day another slay! 😍 Our Chalet Cooks are producing some really pretty dishes this week - from chocolate covered strawberries, to gooey Camembert and a gluten free chocolate pudding, what's not to like?! 🍓🥰

Pea guac, halloumi salad, pork fillet… and just one day left! Our chalet cooks are serving flavour and flair till the very end 💚
