Class 2 have written some amazing newspaper reports based on our canon text. Well done everyone!

In Science Club yesterday, we worked in pairs to build strong structures using spaghetti and marshmallows. Lots of working scientifically on show including planning, predicting, testing and evaluating our designs. Brilliant teamwork and problem-solving! 👷‍♀️🧪✨

In Art, Class 4 have been learning about cross-hatching. We used a variety of sketching pencils to experiment.

Local police officers visited EYFS to explore our key question 'I wonder what I will become?'. We asked lots of enthusiastic questions and even sat in the police car.

In PE, class 4 have been using apparatus to complete a variety of jumps.

Last week LKS2 loved taking part in read by fireside. We were cosy in our blankets and pjs and enjoyed reading our books with music, milk and cookies! 📚😊

In Computing today Class 2 worked hard to create a representation of the tiger, using the shape and fill tools as a starting point.

Class 4 are enjoying reading for purpose this morning! Our book 'operation gadgetman' is keeping us hooked! 📚😁

Today in Class 2, during RE, we learned all about the story of Hanukkah. The children explored why the story is important to Jewish people, how the Maccabees were brave, and the miracle of the oil that lasted eight nights.🌟🕯️
