Always a joyful finale. A night that had it all - cuteness, fun, music, Mums, Dads, siblings, incredible school band, delightful choir, class items. In true style, we coped with staging malfunctions, wind and cold and the parking ranger. Dee Johnston @kathryn_alp Hallie Purio

Beginning in 2022, Orana will be trialling holding our assemblies at 2.30pm on Friday afternoons. Mornings are such an important time for children, as they are energised and ready to learn. Teachers can get on with their core business of engaging children in their learning.

Today we celebrated Francis House with a Mass. Francis House members got extra play and an icy pole. We also said thank you and farewell to Mrs Perrigo for the 32 years of service and dedication to Orana Catholic Primary School. This was followed by a morning tea to celebrate.

What a way to finish off our term with Orana Day! The sun was certainly shining on our day. Our Eucharistic celebration was fill with joy, which was followed by our Mini-Fair to raise money for Life Link. The faces of our children said it all. #togiveistoreceive #lifelink

Our Year Four children received the Holy Eucharist for the first time. This is the ultimate sign of sharing in the divine life of Christ, as well as the one Body of Christ.

The exciting part of our year kicks off - Catholic Performing Arts Festival where we get to showcase all the hard work students have done in the Arts. Today some of our entries performed at the assembly in preparation. #cewa
