Earlier this month, Operation Smile #Ethiopia held a breastfeeding awareness event at Jimma University Medical Center bringing together 30+ caregivers of children with cleft conditions to educate on the health benefits of breastfeeding, available support, and share essential resources.

Last week in Peru, we hosted our LAC Nurse Leadership Training, uniting 90+ nurses from 13 countries. The event was dedicated to enhancing leadership skills in patient care across OR, PACU, & pre-/post-operative settings. Together, we’re building a stronger nursing workforce!
