An #MTOofficer recently responded to a #wheeloff. Upon inspection, it was determined the 6-axle cv combination’s wheel was missing all 10 wheel-fasteners. All drivers are reminded to do a proper daily vehicle inspection to avoid potential wheel fastener failures and wheel offs.
