Sadly, I’ve been awake since 4 am and I cannot go back to sleep

I want to make some ramen I’m on tik tok watching videos on how to make it lol

Mind you I gotta work 10 hours later 😭

This chapter is titled “discipline”

I tell myself everyday “I need to change my life”

My two main priorities are focused on health and finances

I’m challenging myself to 30 days of no weed or liquor. I’m only 6 days in but I feel confident I can do it 😊

Them midday naps are immaculate 🙂‍↕️

Not a fan of going to places I wasn’t invited 🤮

No offense, but life keeps going. Either make yourself better every single day or be stuck with the same mentality that causes you to suffer. No one is going to give you a better life but YOURSELF.

A lot of yall are miserable because you don't do any type of self development. You don't read, go to therapy, workout, or pray. You scroll social media all day, watch Netflix, gossip and eat unhealthy food all day.

Being scared to start anything is how you look up in 5 years and be stuck in the same exact spot

So thankful to have a hustlers spirit

I couldn’t imagine having a “woe is me” mentality or a victim mindset

the amount of locking in and discipline it takes to change your life is crazy.

Don’t ever think it can’t be you. Be humble always.

I wouldn’t have went through half of the stuff I went through if I just said no and had boundaries

i’m so fake antisocial. i make friends so easily. the people love me 😭😭😭
