Huge 9-0 win over Allisonville Aces to advance to the semifinals of the Greater Lafayette World Series ! Adrian Torres went 3-3 with 1 R and 1 RBI. Big, 3 RBI bases clearing double off the wall for Brinn Robbins. Tyler Klemme pitched a 3-hit, CG shutout with 4K.

Two doubles by Kighon Spencer and hits by Holmes, Stephen, Klemme, and Rienstra-Kiracofe were not enough in a 7-3 loss to KBC 15U Blue. Quite frankly, we gave this game to them. But that’s baseball and we’ll tighten things back up for tomorrow’s game!

Our season literally fades into the sunset on a 5-1 “loss” in a game called due to darkness on an unlighted field where the game got started too late. Not counting this loss, we end 14-8-1 this summer. Great kids, great effort, great coaching, great season! Go On Deck!
