So I have a little story to tell about Booking.com and how they leave their customers with no support whatsoever. Part of this story includes one of their representatives stating to me that they are 'just the middleman' and there was nothing they could do. Details to follow

So my Booking.com story cont. I got to my accommodation (self check in) and there were people inside the apartment! I obviously didn't feel safe or comfortable + they had used the bathroom and kitchen. Booking.com said a refund was totally up to the accommodation owner!!

Story cont... I obviously left my accommodation not feeling safe or comfortable. Fully expecting Booking.com to provide a full refund, quickly. Total opposite experience. Do not use Booking.com

More to my horror Booking.com story. Even finding any help contact is hard work. When I finally spoke to someone (all the messaging services end up back to the accom owner) I was all but told there was nothing they could do! ACCC here I come.
