Prismacolor and Luminance pencils are a lot easier to blend on higher grade paper, in this case Strathmore 500 bristol vellum. The blacklight effects are created by Prismacolor Neon Green and Electric Blue.

No computer, just coloured pencil. Prismacolor UV-reactive Electric Blue and Neon Green create UV aquamarine. This is Wau, his tribe has a few leftovers from the previous era.

Animation test, just rotating some 2D coloured pencil art on different layers.

Same coloured pencil picture, different lighting. UV on the right, normal lighting on the left. Only the background is digital, I wanted that blueprint look. This was done with Electric Blue and Neon Pink Prismacolor to create the glow.
