BREAKING— Multiple drivers are injured, following a car crash in North Wheeling around 2:30am today. Wheeling PD says the car was making its way through the Wheeling Tunnel and onto the I-70 ramp where at least one person was ejected. More information WTOV NEWS9

DISASTER ASSISTANCE— The US SBA is offering loans to flood victims at two sites in Ohio County. Up to $500,000 in home loans, as well as up to $2 million in business loans are available — at an interest rate of just over 2%. WTOV NEWS9

MARKET STREET PAVING— After months of anticipation, the WVDOH is paving Market Street in downtown Wheeling. 🚧 Paving should take about two weeks. In the meantime, drivers need to use 16th street as an alternate route. WTOV NEWS9
