Baltimore City Council is getting an update on the Q1 budget. The city saw a savings on YouthWorks this year apparently due to youth dropping out of the program. Budget officials say 900 of the 8500 participating kids did not complete it raising questions from the council.

They've been policing black folk and their neighborhoods like this for decades. There will have to be a serious discussion addressing the use of searches and where and when the public can be stopped .
