1st day of the Genetic Diversity Monitoring workshop ETH Zürich on ongoing monitoring projects and stakeholder engagement came to an end. Looking forward to the 2nd day on genetic diversity indicators: Measuring and reporting genetic diversity.

News: pilot study for a monitoring of genetic diversity in Switzerland. Sampling of the 5 species was successful despite a wet and cold spring and summer. Clean lab work with ~100 year old samples and the reference genome assemblies are progressing, see gendiv.ethz.ch

I am very happy to announce that in early 2020 we started a first pilot study for a monitoring of genetic diversity in Switzerland ( #GenDivCH ) and that the homepage with more details is now also available in German and English: gendiv.ethz.ch
