Que paradoja. El café a millón y medio la carga --nunca visto-- y los cafeteros sin poder vender por los bloqueos. Dignidad Agropecuaria va a tener que cambiar de nombre.

Sensational hubris from Zac Goldsmith here to sack off quarantine rules after his jolly in Colombia. The fact few people seem to care probably indicates how low our expectations of supposed public servants are. Well done Victoria.

Disagree. The footage of a bleary-eyed Joe Root still in his whites at 6am has restored some of my faith in the England team and probably made for the best viewing of the tour.

Had a great chat with Surinamese ministers Armand Achaibersing and Carpe Diem about the country's on-going debt restructuring, and some of the big picture issues (VRMs, IMF, G20, ESG) that are likely to keep coming up in sovereign debt workouts. Free-to-read on GlobalCapital #suriname

Suriname's bond exchange was just announced-- it's a highly specific situation but one can still draw important lessons from the deal. 1/11 ⤵️🧵 prnewswire.com/news-releases/…

The state of the replies to this🤦‍♂️. This tender is being refinanced by the issuance of a new six year bond that yields 12%. And a vaguely wild warrant feature that puts El Salvador on the hook for even higher interest payments. More to come in GlobalCapital tomorrow.

Lol at all the comments by the people who don't realise that El Salvador will pay for this repurchase by issuing NEW DEBT which they able to access literally because they say they are close to receiving a new IMF facility. Ignorance is bliss I guess.
