After two hours of searching, I was chuffed to clap eyes on this mega skittish and elusive Wryneck in the most unlikely of locations, an inland patch of scrubland right on the doorstep. The first in North Tyneside since 2014, a find straight out the top drawer by Samuel Fisher!
