The stewards of our sport in the U.S. have failed us. They could have fixed the problems with a historic 110-year-old competition but instead chose not to do so. No one needs Leagues Cup. There's already a competition that pits MLS sides vs. Liga MX clubs. Orlando is in one now.

Frankly, it is embarrassing. The players, coaches, staff, and supporters were let down by the league.
