What a great weekend it has been running at the Kansas State HS track championship. Finished off with a season best in the 400 (48.59) and helped my OE Track & Field mates bring home the bronze in the 4x4 The 400m was a tough race in a field of mostly seniors, but hung in there

# 1 in KS also the fastest time in the 400 all time for HS freshmen
