The Oregon House of Representatives passed HB 4002, overtime for ag workers, after narrowly failing to pass a motion with bipartisan support to protect both farmworkers AND farms. This bill is not ready. Contact your Senator! #orpol #orleg #saveoregonfarms oregonfb.org/advocacy/?vvsr…

Pesticides approved by the U.S. EPA have to make it through one of the most rigorous scientific review processes in the world. OFS will continue to advocate for science-based policies related to the tools and technologies our land managers need in order to do their jobs.

Much of Oregon Agriculture is pollinated by managed bees. Whether that's hives, like we are used to seeing, or managed ground nesting bees (alfalfa!). A lot of work goes into making sure every last plant produces! #OregonAgriculture #pollinators #PollinatorWeek

Beneficial insects are an important part of any integrated pest management (IPM) plan. Lady beetles and green lacewings are just 2 that are common in Oregon. Check out how Wilbur-Ellis Agribusiness and AeroTract partnered on this new green lacewing egg dispersal project!
