Cameron claps his hands. “Brutes!” He called. The Brutes rushed over and bowed. “Yes, Master?” They asked. “Find Hastings and take him to the torture chamber. He’s getting put on the Rack for his actions.” The Elder said. The Brutes nodded and left.

“I will advance and I won’t have that selfish prick getting in my way..”

He’s rubbing his hands together as if he’s plotting something evil. “Hastings has family still out there, does he? Hmm..sounds like I’ve got work to do.”

He’s off handling business. Don’t bother him unless it’s important.

Where is Hastings? I need him for something.

He chuckled. “Oh, wouldn’t you like to know? Well, it’s none of your business..”

“This is a job for Hastings and Hastings alone.”

“And what is Hastings doing?”

Cameron chuckled at that. “Really?” He then used the Sire Bond to call Christian to his side. Christian came and looked at his Master. “Master..” He kneeled and bowed his head.

“I have the Sire Bond and you will come when I call.” He used the full weight of the Sire Bond on Han. It dug into the younger vampire and ripped through his body. “Resist if you’d like, but in the end, I’ll win.”

Cameron’s releasing 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘭 from his Sire Bond. “Be free, but I’m keeping Hastings because I still need him.”

“Maybe I released the wrong Childe..”

The only reason Cameron is letting Hastings be the King of New York, is so he can learn some responsibility. If he fucks up, it’s on him to fix his mistake. The Elder is helping him, but it’s up to Hastings to do what’s right.

And plus, he doesn’t want all the attention, so yeah. . . Hastings can have it.

The Elder knows of Styx and Fyst and if they want Hastings, they’ll have to go through him.

“Hastings a Level 4?!” He laughs. He’s shaking his head as he didn’t think the young blonde vampire had it in him to advance. And he was now the same level as him!

“Hastings! I need you!” He uses the full force of the Sire Bond to call the young vampire to his side.

As long as he’s alive, Hastings will /NEVER/ be free.
