It was nice to assista at a nice broker event in the Mile-Ex area of town at 6666 St-Urbain. Great location (steps from two Metro stations), nice loft type spaces for lease, renovated lobby areas, etc…

This weekend I visited some family in Toronto. I took a day to tour and show off downtown with my Zia Rosa from Milan. As a commercial real estate broker from Montreal I can appreciate the beautiful office towers and the beautiful downtown core.
