Tater and I got a good workout in before work, making sure we are mentally and physically ready for the day.

As a Police Facility/Service Dog, Tater will accompany me to the majority of locations I visit. Today, we have training at the range, and Tater is present. Due to his specialized training with Mutts With A Mission and his ear and eye protection, Tater is doing great!

Today is the first day in three weeks that Tater and I get to totally chill out and relax. What says relaxation like a jaw-droppingly bright Hawaiian shirt?!?!

As we honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice, I'm reflecting on A1C Chavis, an Airman I served and deployed with. May their selfless acts of bravery inspire us to uphold the freedom they fought for, every day.

Tater and I had a great time going to see our dispatchers at the Sarpy County Dispatch Center. It was nice to finally put some faces to the voices we hear in our heads every day. 😂😂😂

The first day at NASRO was truly uplifting! Tater and I are eagerly anticipating the rest of the breakout sessions NASRO has in store. We are really looking forward to the insightful wisdom Dr. Bernie James has to share.

Tater and I had a blast running the 1.5 mile test with BPD applicants this morning! Pretty sure Tater beat me by a nose… or maybe it was the squirrel he was chasing. we’re looking into running a 5K this fall, so this was our warm-up. Time to train. #CouchTo5K9 #TeamTater
