ODY 10th graders attended the College for Every Student Sophomore Summit, at SUNY Cobleskill on Wednesday. Students had the opportunity to learn about college and career options, ask questions of experts, attend a college fair, had a great lunch and even won some prizes!

Learning fractions can be tough, but having a good teacher makes all the difference.

Can sound move objects? Our eighth grade science students found out courtesy of Mr. Rupp. They used small particles of salt and rice; a platform made from plastic wrap and a cup; and all the noise they could make with pots and pans. Their conclusion? Sound can move objects!
