Luke Littler is responsible for 7% of all the 142 checkouts that have ever been completed in a PDC World Championship.

One of a very few people with a career undefeated record against Luke Humphries is a player named:

Littler lost 58 legs that he could have won in 15 darts or fewer, out of 142. That percentage of 40.9% for the tournament (for a finalist) has been bested only by Taylor (7 times), MvG (twice) and Gary Anderson (once.

Luke Humphries' 103.67 average is the highest ever recorded in a match of 45+ legs.

The only players to have reached a WC final with a higher tournament average (through the SF) than Luke Littler's 101.82:

For those looking for a direct Littler-MvG comparison, I found results for a TV tournament appearance by MvG when he was almost exactly the same age that Littler is now. (They both played van Barneveld!)

It's the first time a 4-0 lead in sets has ever been overcome, in any format, in any World Championship.

3rd-dart double attempts for the tournament thus far, with opponent on a score of 60 or less:

Compare to MvG, who is well known for this particular cover shot, and is 15/31 (48.4%) for the tournament.

The 2024 WC is currently on track to have the lowest rate of T20 stray darts in the history of the tournament.

I track 180-responses for Darts Orakel (though as an adjusted average, since you obviously don't want to respond with a 180 if you're on 211!). Here are the top players of 2023:
