I remember in 2006, our mindset was as Tony Dungy coined… “it’s our time” and I strongly urge the Indiana Pacers to tap all the way into that mindset… it’s your time, you got hot at right time, you earned your seat at the table now EAT!!!!

Pascal Siakam just posted a new angle of his poster dunk on Jalen Williams. Going to be hard to top this dunk when looking across the entire postseason.

We’re learning an incredible lesson in real time about the abject cowardice of so many people in charge of once revered institutions.

People used to seek self-knowledge and self-understanding—to be more whole, live more fully and freely, and connect more deeply with self & others. They wanted to grow. Now my feed is flooded with instructions from therapy influencers on “healing your vagus nerve” WTF happened?

This is the how health insurers deny medical care. But for mental health, it’s worse. And if they do approve psychotherapy, they often reimburse so little that it’s unsustainable. I saw a post by someone asking why they can’t find a competent in-network therapist. This is why.
