The Brazilian Federal Supreme Court has the historic opportunity to decriminalize abortion within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy in the largest country in Latin America, in compliance with international human rights standards.

Hopeful that the court will do the right thing. DECRIMINALIZE abortion now! Removing legislative barriers affecting the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health is the only option. Access to abortion rights = human rights
