I believe Luka Mijatovic -- at 16 years, 1 month old -- would be the youngest U.S. swimmer to win a national title since Katie Ledecky at the 2012 Olympic Trials and the youngest U.S. male swimmer to compete at a World Championships since Michael Phelps' debut in 2001.
