cfbechara Loyola Vascular Surg @vtach_MD 👍 I also like using bifurcated endografts for complex AIOD. You can use ProGlide by keeping the accesss wire and inserting 2 more for the ProGlides. I rarely use AFX, but works well for these cases - unibody with no gate cannulation and just 7 Fr sheath on 1 side.
