As NYC students, teachers, and workers go back to school today, we are reminded that climate justice in our schools is a matter of public health. It’s time for the City prioritize #GreenHealthySchools, and chart a path toward a healthy and sustainable New York for all.

Staffing for NYC's Dirty Buildings law, Local Law 97, has been a concern for years. We can't decarbonize if we don't have the staffing to enforce the law. This is the right step forward to ensure we have a pathway toward a cleaner, healthier NYC. crainsnewyork.com/real-estate/ny…

In New York City, over two-thirds of dirty emissions come from buildings. This is a great step forward to ensure our government has the proper resources to cut those emissions and enforce Local Law 97.
