Lots to enjoy in a big programme first half from the The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain in an equally big acoustic at Blackburn Cathedral. David King has them very much on the point of his baton though. James Fountain was superb - ‘Zelda’ a perfect capricious diva.

New Musician Monday! We are thrilled to introduce a new awardee, Alec Banner. Cherubim recently purchased a five octave Marimba II (Bergerault), which is a very exciting development for the trust. Alec is a very worthy recipient & they have been a member of The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain for 7 years.
