Another hot day today! Here are the preliminary records set. Tomorrow will be slightly better (down 5 degrees) but still hot - something to consider for any mom-honoring activities. Big relief coming Monday with temperatures falling another 10 degrees. #cawx #reliefonitsway

Marine layer clouds reformed over the waters last night, and we expect to see more night to morning low clouds and fog for the coasts tonight. The marine layer should deepen into the weekend, and clouds may struggle to clear Friday through Sunday. #socal #cawx

We've been experiencing some cooler temperatures over much of the area now, and this benign weather should last through the weekend. However, heat is on the way next week, stay tuned over the weekend for details. #socal #cawx
